Vicky Guest

Finance Manager, Consultant

Vicky went to catering college in Torquay gaining her qualifications in Hotel and Catering Administration. She went on to join Ladbroke Hotels as a Management Trainee before becoming General Manager of a hotel in Kensington. Vicky has a vast operational knowledge of hotels but also of cricket and is a member of the ECB Association of Cricket Officials, regularly match scoring for her local cricket team. As well as managing the finances of CTA Leisure Vicky specialises in Cricket Tour accommodation and has developed fantastic working relationships with First Class Counties Cricket and the National Counties Cricket Association. She has been a consultant at CTA Leisure since 2000 and became a Director in 2017.

Likes and dislikes

Likes Vicky is a self-confessed chocoholic but really loves nothing better than sitting in the sunshine with her kindle and a glass of wine watching a good game of cricket!

Dislikes – VAT!!… and anything that prevents her getting out and enjoying the sunshine!

Sarah Roscoe

Conference & Events Consultant

Sarah Roscoe joined in 2014 having spent 20 years in hotels working in a variety of roles including Conference and Events Sales Manager. Prior to CTA Leisure she worked in the Central Reservations Office for a small group of hotels booking both accommodation and events. Since arriving at CTA Leisure Sarah looks after conference clients, European travel and cycling tours.

Sarah’s relaxed but professional manner makes her a popular member of the team both with the hotels and our entire client base.

Likes and Dislikes

Likes – Sarah loves spending time with her family and her miniature schnauzer Dougal, walks on the beach, eating out with friends and yoga.

Dislikes – Being cold (getting a theme here!), and rude people!

Jo Allen

Media and Cricket Consultant

Jo is the newest member to the CTA Team, returning to work in 2023 after having her daughter in 2022. Having originally joined the team in 2018, Jo returned to her native Essex before the pandemic (which worked out very well as it was during lockdown that she met her now husband!).

After briefly working for another company which wasn’t her cup of tea, Jo met up with Vicky and Sarah and it was decided that she should return to CTA once her maternity period was over. And here we are!

Prior to this, Jo worked in a hotel for 12 years as the Head Receptionist, so has excellent knowledge of how they work.

Jo’s clients at CTA Leisure are mainly Media based, including Sky Sports Cricket & Netball, but she also assists Vicky with the County Cricket teams.

Likes and Dislikes

Likes – Spending time with family & friends, visiting new places whether they be home or abroad, and of course keeping up the rest of the team – warm weather!!

Dislikes – Being rushed, being late or late people! And rude people!
