What We Do

We offer a complete events booking service for all your meeting and accommodation requirements.  If you have an event in mind but are unsure of how to organise it or do not want the hassle of venue finding and negotiating the best deal we can take away that stress.

How we work:

■ After receiving an original enquiry we will ascertain the specification for each event

■ Source a number of potential options for your event according to your requirements

■ Negotiate the best possible price at each venue adhering to your budgetary specifications

■ Provide a summary of available options, giving information on which properties are held and on what option basis

■ Establish which of the options are in accordance with requirements, disregard those which are not, and work with you and the venues offered to enhance each package to best suit and get the most out of the event

■ Arrange show-rounds where requested where one of our team can accompany clients if required

■ Formalise bookings by providing detailed confirmations to the selected venues and requesting contracts and paperwork for each client

■ Leading up to the event we will liaise with the venue on your behalf, finalising details with rooming lists, liaising with AV providers, negotiating any last minute requests, assisting with accounts facilities where required

■ Members of our team can attend the event to assist with the smooth running on the day by prior arrangement

■ Following the event our team will be available to facilitate with any post event queries

We provide a free research, negotiation and administration service. 

Our client requirements are all year round and vary from small meetings to major events, conferences and awards presentations, as well as group tour and media accommodation. This variety of client base enables us to negotiate the best possible deals for the benefit of enquiries made on behalf of all CTA Leisure customers.

We do not favour any particular group or independent hotels but seek only to offer the best locations and market price to suit the client needs and budget.

There is no cost to customers as CTA Leisure charge a nominal commission to the hotel or venue where the business is placed.
